08/03/2017 – Digital signature and QES

The FSCSign service integrates electronic signatures with the Document Management solution.

Even the documents, which require a handwritten signature, from now on can only be electronic through the use of the NAMIRIAL graphometric signature.

FSC has entered into a partnership with NAMIRIAL SPA of Senigallia, the first company to have certified the advanced electronic signature according to the technical rules of the Digital Administration Code, published in May 2013.

Thanks to these integrations, FSC is able to guide the client company towards fully electronic document management.

The documents with legal or fiscal validity can only be electronic and their preservation will be in accordance with or through the internal activation of the “Conservazione a Norma” procedures or through the Cloud service provided by FSC.
